Movemprove

This term we have been lucky enough to have Movemprove every Monday afternoon for 45 minutes.  We have learnt how to do forward and backward rolls correctly and to do a forward roll on the bars.  Some of the activities that we have been doing challenged us but we worked on taking a risk to try something new and to persevere.

Hui Presentation

On Thursday last week (Week 7) it was Room 13's turn to share some of our learning with the rest of the school.  We choose to share some of what we had learnt the week before about the Spanish Festival 'La Tomatina' which actually took place in Brunol on Wednesday 31 August and our acrostic poems about Spring.  Before we did that though those of us that are in the Junior Choir shared a song we have been learning with the rest of the school.

Discovery Time

Day 100

On Monday, our first day back at school for Term3 was  DAY 100 at SCHOOL!  We started the day by reading the book

Rounding Numbers

Term 3 - Week 1

This week we have been looking at rounding numbers to the nearest ten, hundred and thousand.  To help us understand how to do this accurately we watched the following video clips.  If you're not sure ask us and we will try and explain it to you.
